What is Earthtone's Return policy?

We offer returns by mail only. Regretfully, we do not offer exchanges as our business model is a Print On Demand (POD) service and all our product is produced when an item is purchased. Therefore, we are not currently equipped to accommodate exchanges that were ordered by mistake. You are welcome to make another purchase if you are looking for a simple exchange.

Additionally, we are happy to replace an item if the item you've purchased has a manufacturer defect confirmed by us ( i.e. printing error, tear/hole, discoloration, misplaced logo, etc). You will just need to provide us with 2-3 photos confirming the defect so we can submit a claim on our end.

Regular returns and returns on defected items are accepted on product in new and unworn condition within 10 days of date of receipt of goods.

For returns by mail please include a note that calls out out the reason for the return. You must include your order number for proper processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect. Otherwise buyer pays shipping cost for returns.

Please Note: Our policy for stolen and/or misplaced delivered items is a one-time 50% discount on a replacement of the identical item only.

 

*Please Note - Items may arrive in multiple packages and at different times (we work with various fulfillment partners and different items come from different warehouses / will be processed at different rates). Thanks in advance for your patience!
